The Process
We pick up beautiful pumpkins from Carmichael's, deliver them right to your front door and design and set them up in a stunning fall display that will make you smile every time you walk through your front door.
1. Select the package that best fits your home.
2. Choose any extras you want to add on to your package.
3. Select when you want Pumpkin Parcel Co. to deliver and layout your pumpkin display.
4. Choose if you want Pumpkin Parcel Co. to pick up and discard your pumpkins at the end of the season. If so, pick a week for pick up.
Delivery Policy
Our designated delivery weeks are the week of September 29th (Week 1) and the week of October 6th (Week 2). Pumpkins will be delivered during the week selected at checkout. We will e-mail you the week before your selected delivery week to inform you of your specific delivery day. If you need your pumpkins to be delivered on a specific day, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your delivery preferences. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Photo Release
During checkout select either Yes or No. If you select yes, you give Pumpkin Parcel Co. permission to post and use photos of your decorated home on Instagram, Facebook and on Pumpkin Parcel Co.'s website. All social media posts and posts on Pumpkin Parcel Co.'s website containing any photos of your decorated home will not include your name or address.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.
All pumpkin counts and pumpkin sizing are approximate. We may adjust the number or variety of pumpkins to achieve the desired aesthetic. Pumpkin shapes, sizes and colors vary. No two pumpkins are identical!
All sales are final. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of pumpkins, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Pumpkins are perishable. We recommend keeping your pumpkins out of direct sunlight and off damp ground when possible. We cannot replace or change out pumpkins once they are installed.
We are not responsible for pumpkins damaged by weather, animals or placement in overly wet, sunny or exposed areas.
Removal of pumpkins at the end of the season is not included in the price of our packages. Removal can be added for an additional fee at checkout.
